Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

We understand that not everything always works out when online-shopping. We are prepared to assist you if you are unsatisfied with the fit of your item(s).
Every order is processed immediately in real time to our warehouse for shipping. This is to ensure fastest delivery period for our customers. Hence we cannot issue a refund until customers ship the item back to our store's address.

We offer a return for store credit option where you are able to return your item and we will give you store credit for the cost of your purchase. This store credit will not expire and has no limitations of what it may be used on in our store.

Please note that if your item was bought during a sale and/or with a discount, the amount spent at time of purchase will be the amount credited. Store credit cannot be combined with a current or previous sale or discount code.

Our manufacturing warehouses for our products are based in Europe and Asia, so refunds may be permitted however we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. This is also due to not having USA warehousing at the moment. However FashionAngelz is in the process of branching out and expanding as rapidly as possible, and plans to have 100% USA shipping and inventory to allow much faster shipping times as well as returns and exchanges by the year 2022. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@fashionangelz.com with details of the product and the defect.

Once a product defect is fully examined we will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from FashionAngelz will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to not issue a refund. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

If you are unhappy with the sizing of a clothing item or if the wrong sizing was sent to you we will be more than happy to send a free replacement for free of charge.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

After 30 days upon arrival of your order, we can no longer accept any returns or refunds except in exceptional circumstances. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us Page) to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-6 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
